I have been doing some upgrades to my collection of low-end hammocks. I just learned to make continuous loops, soft-shackles, and whoopie-slings with amsteel and am upgrading the end loops and suspensions. I'm about to start playing with dynaglide too (for structural ridgelines, tarp continuous ridgelines, and guylines, I think). As a byproduct I now have lots of pieces of the old (heavier) rope from the end loops. I also expect to upgrade the soft small line used for ridge and guy lines from my sons' Hennessy Cub's tarps.
What is something interesting I could do/make with these? What do we even call them?
I guess the end loops are some kind of kernmantle?
The ridge lines are some hollow round, and the guy lines are some hollow flat...
