    Would it be a bad idea to arrive in the dark? How far of a walk is it? I've been MIA from hammock community "edit: but not hammock life" for v long time, gonna make this years yeti hang my first group hang. Excited, will bring many wood.

    Wesley and I got to Frog lake at 6:00 pm one year and the walk in was'nt bad but hanging hammock sure was a challenge. Head lamp for sure.

    I will have blaze orange ribbons with Yeti Hang written on them ....they will be hanging from the tree branches to mark the turns ....that makes it easier for the ones that have never been there before...night or day
    The hike in is short ...maybe a little over a half mile...never really measured it...look forward to seeing you there!!!

    Here are some directions to help with finding the hang....just head out the main trail on the right side as you come into the parking ....then it will split stay to the right and follow that to another split and take a right....then go down the hill and turn at the first left....follow that to the campground stay to the left side and the camp is near the first vault toilet....hope that helps
