    Quest Outfitters

I don't think they get mentioned here much, but I ordered a bunch of small items and tent poles recently.

The website is something from 1996, but has a lot of useful outdoor DIY gear. I'm glad I checked my Junk email folder, which I NEVER do, because I got a message that went there. They asked about some pole tips and grommets I ordered. They made the assumption I was using them in a single project and said I probably ordered the wrong sizes. They were right. They swapped them out and shipped it ASAP.

That's the kind of service that I love. Many companies would just simply take the order and ship it out.

I have ordered some stuff from them before. They have a lot of great stuff for DIYers. Awesome that the customer support was on point.

I've ordered from Quest before and the service was pretty good. They don't have a ton of stuff I can't get at RBTR but it's a good resource to know about.

Quest is a very good vendor IMO. They sell some very nice custom tent poles and accessories. I used them for my custom winter heated tarp supports.8167627837_299cb5c802_b.jpg

Use Quest Outfitters often ....the website is older style, but if you talk with them they are all kinds of helpful.

+1 to this. I bought and made their G4 backpack kit earlier this year and every step of the experience was fantastic.

Have purchased pole sections for several tarps from them over the last 5 or 6 years. Snappy service and great to work with on the phone.
