Closed cell foam sleeping pad and/or underquilt for greater warmth?

Hi, probably a stupid question but if you have a sleeping pad which is closed foam cell on one side and a reflective material on the other side, if you sleep on the reflective side, would there be any more warmth from putting an underquilt under the hammock as well?
Thanks in advance for your help guys

You can boost warmth for sure by combining some form of the two. If your UQ is a Summer UQ and you want to get to lower temps, throw in a pad and give it a go.
I did a test out in my back yard to see and my thoughts are in the video.
