I remember Brandon of Warbonnet showing up at Trail Days back about that time.
I don't remember if he had made much of a presence on HF at that time but it he became well known after that.

'Classic.' A book which people praise and don't read.” ― Mark Twain
Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.
There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.

"another mod?
attrol responded by saying that he wasn't really wanting to add another mod but he was waiting to hear from you.
i added that i was often feeling pretty much alone in keeping up w/ things & of course my minimal computer skills keeps me from knowing how to go about some things too.
attrol responded that if we didn't hear from you soon we could take a look at those possibles that i mentioned.
since then i've continued to give it some thought & hear are my suggestions for consideration...

Still learning new stuff from all the input we get here and sharing what I have learned over the years. Its been fun and I get to read posts from fellow hangers I helped to convert to the dark side and the posts from new hangers sharing their excitement when they discover there is a better way to camp than in a tent on the ground
Was doing some thinking the other day ( I know....thinking is very dangerous ) and contemplating how the rise of the internet was very much responsible for making hammocks what they are today with the ability to rapidly share information and ideas.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
