Thanks,i used 1 kg of goose down but i have no idea on the loft factor.

The baffels are 80mm high and there is a slight overstuffing reducing effiency.

I hope i can get to -15°C at least.

Ive used the quilt the last 3 days but its way too hot.
Its spring here and been sitting on around 17°C.

I wont truly know untill i go south at xmas.

Its summer then but last year it SNOWED down to 800m(i was at 405m asl) and it was rather nippy for me-never been camping in those temperaturs before.

Ok so I forgot to mention something, not sure if it matters or not but im pretty sure that my hammock is a double hammock. Do I need a bigger UQ or would a Regular on work? Also im thinking about cutting down the sides and re-sewing it to where it isn't so wide or do some cheap spreader bars or something.

I would not cut down the width.

    Width and length = comfort.

Theoretically you should not need a different sized underquilt if you lay the same in the double as you would in a single.

Matching is always the best though, and you could then maximise your comfort with the correct size underquilt.

    Check out shug's vids.

Im very sure he has covered EVERYTHI G that can popup, and in such an hilarious way too
