What they do? I just order stuff, they bill me and it arrives. Haven't had any issues with the service or the gear.

I had a pretty good experience with them too. When I ordered my UQ a few years ago, I followed it up with an email inquiring what the ETA was since at the time they didn't have it on the website...or at least I was blind and didn't notice it. I mentioned that I had a trip coming up in a few weeks and just wondered if I could plan on having it or not, not asking - and certainly not expecting - that they would bump it up the queue. I had a nice reply from Harry and he said the lead time was x (let's say 6wks, I don't remember specifically), but he'd make sure I had it in time for my trip which was a week or two earlier. I had it comfortably in time for my trip. Color me pleased.

I've had similar good service with RBTR and Warbonnet.

I'm a big fan. I would like to see the Phincubator make a comeback though. Mine can't last forever!
