Hi all! An online friend recommended I get into hammocking, and here I am! I've not gotten the chance to overnight in my Dutchware Chameleon, but am looking forward to it soon. I've been trying to scope out a tarp and UQ - would love recommendations for my Chameleon (or if you're near mid-MI and are looking to sell some compatible gear, let me know!).

Looking forward to browsing the forums and learning with you all.

I really like my Chameleon hammocks. Double layer and single. I have two Bandits from UGQ and really like them, great company and excellent products. Also have two underquilts, one from UGQ and one from HG. Both top notch. Of course there are other great companies also.
This is a great group and very helpful.

I also bought a set of quilts from UGQ for my wide Chameleon. They fit perfect. I drove to Jackson to pick them up when they were done. The guys there were quite helpful answering my questions on how to tweak the under quilt.

They even included a printed card with good tech tips on how to hang your UQ.

They also make tarps but I sourced mine from other cottage vendors. If I get another, I would consider a tarp from UGQ.

Welcome from the greater Battle Creek area. I would 2nd UGQ for quilts, I have uppers and lowers from them, I don't have one of their tarps but I'm pretty sure my sister does and I've heard no complaints from her, cannot go wrong with UGQ gear.
    Good luck,
