    This system is beyond my understanding. I looked and tried, but failed. But I do have a vague sentiment it is something to do with underquilts. Definitely not something I did myself, I bought it somewhere. Maybe Dutch, UGQ ???

    Loop goes around pad and toggles attach to quilt through loops on quilt.

    These toggles are too big to slide into the tiny D rings of the quilts.
