Raffle...
We will likely have a few items donated from some of our cottage vendors but as most of you know that has slowed down since the hangs have increased so.
With so many hangs requesting donations for raffles it is completely understandable.

But we have still ended up with an exciting amount of stuff on the raffle table each year!

Some of those in the group who can will bring new or like new items to donate.
Some buy things to donate.
Some donate extra cash to the pot.

This generosity is great considering that this year we will be donating the raffle proceeds to the Rugby Fire and Rescue.
This is their biggest fund raiser of the year so they can keep taking care of the community and last year there was no Festival because of covid restrictions.

And the raffle is always a fun time.

Remember 3 years ago there was a drought and we couldn't have a fire and next year we had a tropical storm and couldn't start a fire. Correct me if I'm wrong but we didn't meet last year..right? Time flies when you are having fun! We make fun of our parents memory but...........somehow we are there now! We are all growed up now.

Yeah, last fall there was no festival but we did the group hang anyway.
I believe it was this past Jan that the covid restrictions were 10 people so we did the winter group hang at LG.
But I could be wrong.
I have those memory issues too.
