May - a wonderful sunny afternoon with spectactular Aurora borealis in the evening.

June - Three day trip to inland Otta to escape brutal rain by the coast where our original destination was.
Quite chilly, since were a ways up from sea level, but nevertheless a beautul place.

July - quick trip 30 minutes drive from my home with my best bud.

August - trip into a local skiing grounds in a nearby heavily forested area. Wet as can be, but as we say in Norway:
There's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.

Looks like you had a fabulous summer! Thanks for sharing your pictures. The Aurora is amazing-I would love to witness that, but I don't think the Alabama sky will ever oblige. I'll need to travel for that.

Simple enough. Just bring your Trail Lair. If you're traveling via hammock Norway isn't too costly. The aurora is here all year around, but most easily enjoyed from october thru april.
i'm going on a hefty five day hike next month: https://ut.no/tur/1110932/trekanten-...ordfjella/kart Sadly that's gonna have to be a tent based trip, given the majority of the trip is above the treeline, but it's gonna be so much fun!

Beautiful pictures of your summer roundup. For those of us who have never been to Norway, it's very nice to see some of the country other than what we see in the travel films. Beautiful!
