Another newbie

Hi,

I've been backpacking for years, and now that I'm getting older I'm finding it harder to sleep on the ground, even with one or more sleeping mats, so I decided to try a hammock. Currently doing research and trying out different options, so I'll probably be asking some pretty basic questions over the next few weeks. And yes, I have purchased The Ultimate Hang Book and am eagerly waiting for it to show up. I'm located in the New England area, but I've backpacked in a lot of places, both in the US as well as Europe.

If you get an opportunity, camping with, or dropping by the "Hangs" can be a great way to see different set ups and talk to folks about them to inspire your own set up.
