Not sure if this is listed in the proper place. Forgive me if it is not. I am looking for a vendor or individual that makes Down Sleep hats for winter camping. Anyone have a place for me to look? Thanks.

HANG WELL MY FRIENDS AND HANG IN THERE!
Black Rock gear makes one I take on every trip.

Sadly, Black Rock closed up shop earlier this year (or was it late last year? Can't recall).
Underground Quilts makes a similar hat called the "Skully" with far more color options than Black Rock had: https://ugqoutdoor.com/products/skullies/
I feel like I remember someone else making something similar, but I can't remember at the moment. UGQ is probably your best/easiest bet.
Warbonnet and Hammock Gear have down hoods.
I want to say Outdoor Research made one. Etsy has some folks making them as well.

Yep. The OR down beanie is here :

You can buy it at a quite a few resellers including REI, Amazon, Campsaver, Zappos, etc.
~ All I want is affordable, simple, ultralight luxury. That’s not asking too much is it?
That's almost like the TOQUE they sell in Canada, eh?

Cheers.
Since lots of people here seem to talk about down beanies: what makes a down beanie better than a fleece one? Is there a certain temperature limit or something? I'm asking since down beanies are practically unheard of here in Finland (but being here up north, we have tons of other kinds of beanies).
But adding to the list, in Europe it seems that at least Cumulus makes down beanies (https://cumulus.equipment/eu_en/down...-down-hat.html)
