Rectangular rain fly for 12 footer?

I just received my Dutchware 12 footer, very comfortable.
My old diamond shaped 10 x 10 ft flys do give me enough overhang for light rain but I'm looking for suggestions for a decent quality, inexpensive 12 x 10 rectangular one for more coverage. It doesn't need all the bells and whistles, since I'll be adding mods that I want. Just something waterproof in neutral earthy friendly colors. Mostly it'll be used for backpacking/day hikes and hanging. I won't add too many requirements here. Just throw your suggestions at me.

Searching Amazon gives me a pointless array of endless possibilities and 3 year old reviews.
    TIA.

Onewind has inexpensive tarps about that size made of silnylon on Amazon. I've been using one for over a year w/ no issues and I've been out more this year than some people are in three, or more.

I have one of these. It has 30 odd tie out points. Heavy but large and trust inspiring.

My first tarp was also a Gold Armour with a gazillion tie-outs. But I bought the rectangular one and not the hex version.

I used it for years before upgrading to something much lighter (and more expensive). Don't let the word "ultralight" in the Amazon title fool you. As rmcrow2 mentions, this is a heavy tarp by comparison to typical cottage vendor wares. My bare tarp weighs 927g/32.7oz/2.04 lbs). That's without lines, stakes, and mods I made. But it has never leaked and I've never needed to seam seal it. It's also sturdy. I've had no rips or tears, but I do use guy lines modified with shock cord so that may have helped. The 12'x10' size I have provides a ton of coverage. I still pull it out and use it sometimes when I'm hanging multiple hammocks to test things out or to provide an additional large lounge area to stay dry under when car camping.
~ All I want is affordable, simple, ultralight luxury. That’s not asking too much is it?

Thanks all. I ended up ordering a Kalinco 10 x 12 footer. I'll let you know how it goes. In warm weather or longer trips, (not that I do many anymore) I'll probably stick to my diamond shaped flys. The big one would be mainly for bad weather, colder temps or winter when a sled would be used for hauling the extra weight around.
