One is not allowed to bring uncertified wood it the park. Fortunately Redrum has arranged to have a load of certified wood delivered. Be sure to see him to chip in. Woohoo!

We are still tracking a go for the firewood. Friday is calling for rain in the morning and cloudy in the afternoon with a high in the mid 60's and a low of mid 40's for the night. Saturday will be mostly clear sky's with a high of mid 50's and a low of mid 30's for the night.

I will be carless it's looking. If anyone is willing, I will need a ride back to my place on Saturday to pick up the food for that night, I am not a fan of trying to roll a cooler down Rt.1 with a ruck on my back an in the rain.

Anyway, can't wait to be hanging with you all!

Redrum, I'm sure someone will be able to assist you with a ride. I can always take you as well, as I'll have a vehicle there. Is delivery of the wood taken care of or will you need assistance with that piece?

Hey fire-bug, the firewood will be dropped in one spot most likely. I am thinking we will sperate the wood out to the 4 campsites, so any help will be nice. I ordered 1.5 cords of wood so that we can have a fire going at one or 2 pits most of the day and then nice warm fires for the night.

Here’s to hoping they don’t take my car with everything in it and I’m at least able to pull my camping gear for the weekend. Or they work on recovering the bullets on-site. Just had a drive by shooting in front of my house with bullets going into my car. I may need to borrow an entire setup this weekend. And we won’t have the parachute tarp if they don’t allow me to take items from it.

OO man that is no good. I will see if I can bring another tarp and all. My spare TQ and UQ might be a bit on the cold side for this hang one of the nights. Sorry to hear about your car but glad that you are not the one shot.
