Which Costco spare hammock would yo ugo with : Hidden Wild Double Travel Hammock or Klymit ?

What do people think of https://www.costco.com/hidden-wild-d...100661741.html

as a car / date hammock

    especially as compared to https://www.costco.com/klymit-2-pers...100527701.html

I have a Hennessy Hammock Deep Jungle XL for camping/backpacking.... would like to get an ultralight setup as well. Is that that Blackbird XLC? I'm 6'6" which makes things more difficult.

AND a previous costco clone of the double enonest I was going to move outside to replace the aldi single hammock in the backyard and move that to the bicycle hammock. I think four hammocks should be enough right?

One in the car, one in the backyard, one for the bicycle, and one for the woods. Enough? :P

Personally I would avoid it especially at your height. Unless I am missing it some place, I could not find a length on it. If it is the typical 9' version of the inexpensive overseas made hammock, at 5'2" it would be too short for me to want to take a nap or read a book in.

Jarrod at Simply Light Designs offers an 11' The Starter for 64.00. Jarrod has a great reputation for making a solid product that his repeat customer's here rave about. This is just one suggestion. Dutchware has a number of really good starter type products as do most of the vendor's who post here.

The Blackbird XLC was my main hammock for quite a while, and it could be considered an "ultimate" gathered end hammock I suppose...it's wide enough and has some features you either won't find elsewhere or you'll have to pay extra to get. The shelf came in way more handy than I ever thought it would.

But yes, definitely don't buy a shorter hammock. It'll mean a world of difference in comfort, or lack thereof.

At those prices I'd get both. 5 hammocks is the number you want~~
The Klymit would be the one I would crawl into as the extra fabric in the first one you linked always annoys my delicate sensibilities.

12x6 Might be too wide causing loose fabric on sides. Knotty mods can help tighten sides, to reduce floppy fabric
    or
    12xfive and a half
    144 inches by 66 inches
    Again knotty mods can help

    You deserve to be comfortable
Maybe you are already comfortable in hammocks that are extremely short
Or maybe you will only notice after using 12 footer for a while, and then getting back in a shorter hammock

    Good luck
