8th Annual Lighthouse & Lobster Hang Sept 10-12 2021 Phippsburg Maine

Hello hangers! Tom and I are pleased to announce the 8th edition of Lighthouse & Lobster, September 10-12 2021. At http://www.meadowbrookme.com/ Price will remain the same as years past for hangers. You may also arrive early or stay later for the same rate! Cabin rentals will be available first come first served handled separately with the office. Small non-mandatory firewood donations will be accepted and appreciated. As always, lobster will be cooked and served daily, as well as soup, corn, potato, ice cream, and beverages available in the office. And I'm sure we'll do something similar to last years Saturday dinner at the Snack Shack as well. It will also be open for breakfast! On Saturday after breakfast, there will be a group gathering at the camp entrance for an outing to Pemiquid lighthouse, for those that wish to go. See Alex or Tom. If that is still not enough for you, Maine Maritime Museum, LL Bean, and Popham Beach are all close by. Thank you, and we hope to see everyone there!

Trying to work out logistics of attending this hang as it would be a two day drive for me. Do you have a group site or does one have to reserve a site and if so so you have a recommendation on the hammock friendly sites ?

My wife grew up going to Maine (Mt Dessert Island) each Summer. We honeymooned there in ‘88, taken our kids multiple times. Finally she has agreed to go to a hammock hang with me for the first time. Bear in mind I have been hosting the NOVA Hang since 2014 and she has never come. She loves Maine! So count us in as 2.
