P.S. Kudos for occasionally saying "portage" in the traditional French Canadian way. Did my heart good.
It is funny as I do not know which portage accent will pop out of me gob.

I'm down the canoe spider-hole. So many options one one starts researching. Now I want to test a pack-canoe which seems a canoe/kayak hybrid. And an arimid. And a CF. And a kevlar. On and on.......

You are being seduced by the canoe side of the force .... now that we have you in a canoe, next it is a double paddle and you will never go back.

    Great video,

Seen ya smile before, but never seen you smile with that much zen flowing. Looked like you immensly enjoyed your solice and trip this far. Enjoyed it my friend. Nice to see all the creature comforts you allowed yourself. Now on to next leg of your journey.

Too true, I am seduced. I really want to start pure and learn single paddle well. I am exploring pack boats. They look like something I want to try and seem to depend on double paddle.

Shug....congrats, a very ambitious first canoe trip!

I'm a pack boat paddler and think you will enjoy the efficiency of a double paddle and a lighter craft. You still can use a single paddle with one.

I am very curious to try one for sure. Might be my eventual ride but will need to rent one to try. Yessir! They seem so light as well.
