Indoor hangers: what's your "hammockside table"?

I just switched the rooms around in my apartment. The old hammock location had me next to a wall with a little shelf that was great for a lamp, book, glasses and my phone. The new location is next to a wall of windows/curtains though (I was limited by anchor points) and I'm wondering if there are any really clever solutions out there?

I bought a three tier cart from IKEA several years ago that works perfectly as a hammock-side table. I’ve since seen them for sale from a lot of other places. (And bought another from Container Store to use as a living room side table.)

I'm, of course, pretty low tech so I use a milk crate.

I hang low enough in my 2nd bedroom gear loft that I use my Coleman cooler; I have the wall mounts low enough that a catastrophic failure in my MYOG hammocks won't kill me. The cooler is a tad low but not so low that it's dangerous to pick up a drink.

A low lamp table about the same height as the bottom of my hammock when I'm not in it.

    Thanks for the replies.

I hang low too. My bum is about 15cm off the floor to aid my old cat getting in and out. I have a small box for her to use as a step which I've been putting my things on.

I guess I'll fire up the workshop today and see if I can't build something more elegant. As I was going to sleep last night I thought "gyroscopically stabilised mahogany peak shelf..."

I bought a simple shelf from Lowes and hung on wall. 2'x6" or something like that.

I could get a bit more complex,
I also have a table surface from one of those little wooden folding tables that came apart. The top was still good so I removed it, . . . it fits well on one of the square milk crates. I added a couple strips of wood to the bottom so that it sits on the open side of the crate w/o sliding. That allows me to keep some things in the crate as well.
Or if I put the crate on it's side I can get stuff in the crate w/o having to lift a lid.
The same crate, and table surface, gets loaded into the 4Runner full of food when we take off w/ that rig to car camp. The table top works great to support the stove and a few things that I need to cook or make tea, on the ground or on top of the crate (which makes it a good height for cooking from the hammock).

Of course this thread was about hanging inside which is something I seldom do. The inside part, not the hanging part. I've been outside for about 95+ nights so far this year.

My inside hammock hangs next to a large window (no curtain needed- 2 story house on steep slope) so I use the 4" wide sill for water cup etc.
