I’ve been hammocking for 15+ years and have never been 100% satisfied with my tarp rig. It always seemed to take longer than it should to get my tarp properly adjusted and centered, “just right.”

After perusing the forum on a rainy Sunday, I decided to take the easy route and order a MyersTech tarp lime with toggles. (https://www.ebay.com/itm/284086415992)

I’m a very happy camper: this rig really seems to get it right. Toggle the lines to the trees and slide the prusiks to center the tarp. Voila!

I also added four Tactical Toggles to the tarp pullout lines as well. (https://www.ebay.com/itm/284293837667)

The last thing I want to do, particularly when I get to camp in a rainstorm, is fart around trying to get my tarp rigged. I want to rig it quickly so I can do everything else I need under cover.

Of all the rigs I’ve used on my tarps over the years, this rig is light, simple, quick to set-up and really seems to get the job done.

Well done, Jeff!
