Ive got my setup just about mitten proof now!

Tarp ends have auto tensioned shock cord to Lawson Glowire that I marlinspike to my stakes. Same with the door ends for my Superfly tarp. Winter hammock suspension is a set of beetle buckles I've had good luck with in the winter.

Now its just the tarp suspension! I have tried one of Autumn Ultralights CRLs that use a plastic toggle at the end and they work OK aside from the evo loop on one end being a bit picky. My thought with the stingerz was that I could easily handle with mittens on.

I ordered some Lash-it and will have to give it a try and see I guess.

What is important in the end is repetition and familiarity. Even the most complicated setup becomes simple with regular use and the development of muscle memory.
