Adding Down After

Has anyone ever added down to a Burrow after the fact?

I just noticed one of my quilts has a single baffle that is basically empty. I checked to see if it was "sharing" with an adjacent baffle by trying to push down from those, but that is not that case. I certainly didn't leak an entire baffle so I assume it was just an oversight during production.

I'm OK with sewing, but since this is the baffle where the footbox starts/triangle piece, it's not as simple.

If you look on the website, they say it's something they can do. You just need to email them. I just read that over the weekend.

Great!!! Thanks, I didn't even bother to look after the custom stuff went away. It will be worth paying to have it done right.

I thought it was a cool service they provide. When ordering, it's hard to know specifically what you're going to get. I think I found it on a FAQ possibly? I was hunting details on some of my gear for a spreadsheet because I'm crazy like that.

I'd be surprised if they even charge you for it, since it sounds more like a defect rather than a custom request.

Definitely let us know We can absolutely add down to your quilt. If it was a new order and it's missing down in a chamber, we definitely want to get that fixed for you. Just reach out to us at your convenience.
