VIDEO: Solo Overnight Trip in Australia

Weather was perfect for Starlights Trail here in NSW. Just a short overnight trip. It was my first opportunity to try using a quilt (Hammock Gear) and Whoopie Slings which were a massive improvement on my sleeping bag. Cheers

You had me at the bird calls in the beginning. Are you sure it was Australia? I didn’t see anything poisonous/deadly.

Short and sweet! Glad you found success with your new gear.

I really like the 'format' of the quick overnight for testing gear and just getting out between 'real' trips.
