    2 pieces of 103 inch long vision zippers from dutch, size 3

    they meet at the head end, at the footend, the gap is covered with grosgrain and snap.

    Is the original zipper structural, or can i just seam rip it off ?

    yes, you can remove it easily

    you dont really need the zippers to be reversible, also some 3 inches more of the lenght would be perfect.

    Oh, thats true since it makes no point to be able to do so.

    But do you have a hard stop at the head end?
    Dont know the vision zippers
