    Posts getting cut off

I seem to have an issue w/ post, from cmoulder, getting cut before the end of the post.
I'm not sure that I've seen it on any other poster.
I'll post a screenshot of the latest.

Yep. I've had the same problem with a bunch of posts from cmoulder. He is wise - I don't like missing out on his offerings.

Hey bgr - good call, I'm on Tapatalk pretty much exclusively. I didn't think to check via browser.

I would still like to track down what causes this as using a browser is not really viable for me when it comes to the forums that I follow.

    Posts getting cut off

I looked at that post and can see more than what you see while using TapaTalk... unless he updated after your screenshot.

    I get this and more...

I’m on an iPhone with TapaTalk version 8.9.2 Maybe try updating TapaTalk to the latest version?

CMoulder does use some formatting that seems unique - not sure that has anything to do with anything but something I notice.

Edit: actually the text you no longer see breaks right at the color code CMoulder uses. Maybe @Cmoulder can post a response to test that theory.

BTW y’all realize we don’t control the TapaTalk app. Happy to help troubleshoot but we are limited in what we can do.

    Dang! We lose a lot.

Android 8.8.14 as of Dec 21. No new updates.

I definitely do not blame you for any Tapatalk issues, or even site issues. Just searching for solutions.

Test 1: Includes color formatting. Let’s see if this cuts off like a CMoulder post.
If you use quilts made with high FP down and thin shell material, 3-season quilts can be stuffed into the bottom of the pack without a stuff sack and the items above will naturally compress them. Some people use a trash compactor bag to keep them dry and others use an even better option which is the Nylofume bag, and some crazy people like me use nothing... I just stuff them straight into the bottom of the pack. Been doing that for about 15 years now with no problem. If the rest of your UL kit is dialed in nicely, a typical UL pack in the 36L to 50L range will be plenty big enough. For winter, I use a Zpacks Arc Haul (62L) and can easily accommodate at 0deg Incubator and 20deg Enigma, also with no stuff sacks, and plenty of room for other gear/food/clothing.
