    My first hammock finished

    Hi All,

I finished my hammock last weekend. After a lot of reading on this forum I decided on how I wanted to make it.
It's based in the design of jellyfishreport.blogspot.com nova hammock.
But I made the bugnet completely removable with a #3 coil zipper. Like a post here from tacblades.
Fabric 1.6oz HyperD and 0.67 noseeum mesh.
Weight 566gr total with Ucr and uhmwpe webbing suspension.

    Some pics

    Thanks!
Without forums like this and post from tacblades, jellyfish etc I wouldn't have been able to do this.
    It's great fun making this.

Next up is a tarp made from membrane silpoly

    Thanks!!

    Made some accessories this afternoon

Peak bag with side opening so it closes on itself under weight.
A ridgeline loft (is that the correct term?)
And a double ended stuff sack.
