Sorry all but I’ll have to miss the event. My doc all but gave me the finger wag when I mentioned the gathering

The good news though is I get the first shot next week so I won’t have to miss another event because of this mess.

It’s too bad because any group that’s not scared off by a little rain is definitely a group I could hang with.

    Wish you all the best
    Ken

I had pretty much talked my husband into going anyway until he saw the picture and we heard my daughter coughing. I would have loved to be there with y'all. I'll definitely keep an eye out for the next group hang and make every effort to be there.

    I concur.

    As usual everything worked out.

24 foot tarp with a camp fire really saved the first part of the weekend.

Thanks yall for pitching in with setting it up.

Tarp worked out great...and thanks to Fluffy (purveyor of fine leather goods) for bringing the stovasaurus. If only we had a pot big enough to fit it.

Considering the forecast, it turned into a pretty nice weekend! It’s always a bonus when you’re bringing home dry gear. The cooks did some amazing things on propane burners. I got my feet wet crossing creeks on a nice little hike. I’d say it was a win.

Overall it was a great weekend with some great folks!

Although it wasn't much of a winter hang seeing that the temp on my Jeep said 82 on the way home today.
