    Sparrow zipper hoods

Wondering what purpose the zipper hoods serve on the Sparrow? Are the zippers dual-facing so the opening can be positioned anywhere along the side?

to hide where the zippers ends and help prevent bugs from getting in where the zippers stop the hole is not that big though. the zippers does not go all the way around the hammock all four zippers end under the hoods. on the sparrow there is one zipper on each end and each side and they meet in the middle of the hammock and then there is a piece of fabric where the zipper meets (where they meet is within arms reach). you can't position the opening anywhere you want.
    There's magic in the woods,
if you know where to look for it.

Thanks for the reply se, I see that my XLC solves this issue with the elastic bands around the ends.

Wondering if any other manufacturers have another method? Seems like the chances of a rogue mosquito are slim but I like to be bug-tight when I'm zipped in.
