I wonder if it is missing because it should really be easy to see. Mine is just a black plastic spring loaded line lock on one end of the shock cord. The shock cord goes thru the line lock and is knotted on the other side. You know, this cor can be rotated. Is it possible that the line lock(which I think is what DGarv is calling the poplock?) has been rotated and has slipped into the side channel on the UQ? Hiding it?

I wonder if it is missing too. There's no hardware on the primary suspension besides the cord locks that adjust the ends and secondary suspension

The pop/cord lock should be on the end same end as the knot along with a micro-biner at each end. If not please send me a message.
