PD, see the next post, not very far from Leesburg, on SR 471 just north of Colt Creek State Park, but on the west side of 471.
Is there a sign, or how do I know where it is on 471? How far north from the entrance of Colt Creek?

How far do I have to pack in, or is it next to a parking lot? Sorry for all the questions.

There is a bridge just north of the entrance of Colt Creek, the parking area for McNeil Tract is almost immediately to the left after the bridge. Park there and follow the orange blazes about 1.5 miles to Gator Hole Site. You will know your almost to camp (with in a couple 100 yards when you walk along side a pond on the right side of the trail. You will pop out of the woods onto a wide sugar sand path and the trail goes to the right, back into the woods. The trail runs through the campsite. It would help if we know when you plan on getting to the parking area. If you need help once you're on the trail, call me 561-635-3399. Chris
I'm bringing in my 12" DO and burner. It will be in use Friday afternoon but will be available for others at any other times. Doing up a pot of greens for Friday evening.
