OH yes...The trees!
Peeeeetey, good to hear from you, will be great to get in piney woods. Hope your family can join us. Happy Birthday Addy. Peeeeetey isn’t your granddaughter Addison now a TenAger!?!?!
If anyone has not been to Yates, I joke about reserving trees—there are thousands of trees at Yates.
Sorry we didn’t get round to having our Knock Knock Joke contest last fall. This spring we will have our Knock Knock Joke contest for all kids to win their prizes. And we want Big Kids to join in with their knock knock jokes.
Peeeeetey, I’ve not made any improvements on alcohol stove entry since our last fateful meetings.
I’ll probably be tied for 7th place again.
You leave me with no viable alternative.
I hereby declare myself to be Self Proclaimed “Purdy Boil” Champion Forever
The T-shirt prizes are progressing. I’ve commissioned a painting for t-shirts. It looks “OK” but is not as good as Shug’s painting.
Hammock campers now is the time to get your own collection of paintings from Shug’s online store
And Happy Birthday Kenny Ray, your lack of apparent aging can be attributed to being frozen on your birthday backpacking treks.
New to the Forums here, but not new to hanging, this sounds like a great family event, and not that far from us. Would a tent (backpacking) be welcome to hold smaller children in? We may have several hammocks in our closet but would need to put two kids on the ground.
Yes tents are great fun, we have several families that use just tents or tents and hammocks
If possible read my post# 21 and my post# 1
Do not read any of my other posts—reading too many lies on same day will have deleterious effects on the psyche, causing urgent need to lie in your hammock! Lol
PG, thank you, I read post #1 like three times.... Before posting, and I still missed the word tent. Reading had never been my strong suit. Looking forward to it we have 3 hammock setups for that type of weather, and of the three children I bring, they will most likely rotate though the one hammock deemed for our children. Thanks again, and I am looking forward to it.
Great Video Shug, and one I haven't seen yet, I'll have to show the kids tonight. They look forward to your new videos coming out and we often use it as family TV time, popcorn and Shug.
Thanks for all the family friendly content!
Actual Picture of them excited to see the latest winter hammock trip.
