I am offering a ULA Circuit backpack that I bought for my son 2 years ago but he never used. I am not sure of the exact age but I would guess 2017?

It is a medium torso, medium belt with original shoulder strap design. I am 5'10" with a size 35 waist and it fits me perfectly.

The overall condition I would rate as very good.

The only problem I see is light pealing on the inside top of the rolldown cover. This does not affect performance of the backpack at all.

Do you think the delaminate layer is the waterproofing layer?

It is on the inside and it is on the area that rolls down so I would say no.

The Circuit is not a waterproof backpack. You need a pack cover in the rain.

It is water resistant at best.

Mistone has officially flaked and does not want the pack. So it is again up for sale.
