The Bears will be there for sure. We hope the Artillery drops don’t happen. Danger Close!!

Hello All. My streak of going to the Yeti hang has to end this year. 9 years was the most I've ever committed to something. On top of Covid I am doing all of the finish work on my girlfriends new house so I'm just too busy to take the time out to attend. I hope all who attend have fun and be safe and keep your distance.

After all 3 of us missing last year, the current plan is for both boys to join me again this year, schedules permitting. I say “boys” but they’ve both long since outgrown me.

We’ll continue to overpack, and bring plenty of food to share as well, tho exactly what that food will be is still tbd. After the mess that the boys made out of the WolfEms back in ‘19, I’ve told them that they’ll need a new plan for a shareable dessert.

The boys’ schedules may make our timing change, but the plan is to arrive before dinner on Friday.

We all missed it last year, so we’re looking forward to this as a great way to start 2021.

Is there a spread sheet to factor my potluck meal?

Sorry but with the current situation I'm not doing a spread sheet this year...I wasn't planning on a potluck either but if y'all want to do it please feel free....
I always say to you all that "you" are the ones that make this hang happen....and I'm not here to dictate this hang but I am the one that would take backlash from the community. I hope that everyone can understand the reasoning for my decision.

    Maz,

I hadn’t really thought things through as far as you have, but your reasoning is good. We each need to take responsibility for keeping ourselves, as well as those around us, as safe as possible.

Having said that, we’ll be making enough on Saturday to have some to share for any who are interested, and won’t feel upset if others don’t feel comfortable participating in the pot luck.

Our plan is Dutch oven chicken and rice with carrots and broccoli.
