Great night out last night, mushrooms and lamb steaks were divine.
Had some skeins of geese for entertainment.
Beautiful full moon that lit up the woods.
Got around 13hours sleep with only a few obligatory foliage watering stops.

Can't beat a good long night's sleep outdoors in a hammock!
Just curious, but I hear it's very difficult to find spots for dispersed camping in the UK. How do you go about finding a spot to hang?
Good question, it is indeed difficult, my method is to “beg forgiveness rather than seek permission” but by being respectful, quiet, sensible around shooting concerns, leaving no trace, removing any other trace of humans I ever come across and arriving late/leaving early.....I am yet to need forgiveness.Originally Posted by Clisbyclark
