    Rolled webbing bridge hammock question

Hey guys, I've got a question for u- when using webbing as the suspension for a bridge hammock ( sewn to the hammock body and rolled over like ridge runner.). Is it ok to leave the edge of the fabric unfinished? (Verses using a hot knife or searing the edge with a candle?). Its rolled over the webbing so it seems like it wouldnt unravel, but im not sure. Thanks for the help!
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

I did a Bic/HikerDad style bridge hammock several years ago. I just rolled the raw edges of the fabric into the webbing that ran along the edge of the bridge. No problems.

Correct, so long as you've created a rolled hem with the webbing sandwiched inside.
