Warbonnet RR Repair advice - Ripped mesh.

    Hi DIY,

So I'm still dragging my feet into jumping into the DIY repair game. I know long term it'll be worth it but at the moment it just seems like a lot.

My immediate interest stems from a repair that is needed to my hammock. I feel like I can probably get all the supplies for cheaper than sending it in for a repair (excluding sewing machine). The shipping it there and back is 2/3rds the price of the entire repair.

So the mesh ripped from the fabric it was sandwiched between on my RR.

I have three ideas for repairs. Do you all think one is better than the others? Or do you have more ideas? I'd love to benefit from your wealth of knowledge and experience.

Option 3. Go to a local fabric/sewing store and they have seam rippers that will allow you to open up the original sewn gros tape (sp?) There are YT vids showing how if it isn't immediately apparent.
