I've ordered material from RBTR and have most of the features I want worked out but need a bit of advice.
I'll be making grosgrain pockets for internal poles that will be fitted to the same reinforcement points used for tie-outs. On the ridgeline I'll fit straps to hold the poles - slippy carbon fibre against silpoly, what could go wrong? What I'm unsure about is how these should align. I could have them in-line so that the poles loop over vertically but photos I've seen of internal pole mods have the poles at an angle. Is there an optimal/recommended angle?
The ridgeline straps will be integrated into the flat felled seam so will be one of the first fixed points in the construction - no going back!
