Atlas XL straps changed?

I purchased a pair of XLs a few years ago. Tag is marked Atlas XL and 200 pounds. The strap is 1” wide for it’s full length, with a nice roomy cloth bag.
I lost one of the straps last weekend.

I just received a replacement and now it starts at 1-1/4” wide and reduces to 3/4” wide part way along. Tag still is marked Atlas XL and 200 pounds. Bag is now smaller and does not seem as durable

Any idea when ENO changed their strap? Has anyone had both designs for an extended period of time/use? Anyone know of a source for the older design strap?
