Flying squirrel base camp 21’ festival hammock

Has anyone seen the base camp? What were your opinions on it? Fun times, or kind of a bust?

Looks like it would be hella fun for a music festival, but idk.

Three panel construction, 21 feet long. No thanks.

A floating mosh pit is probably not a good idea these days.

I like the sound of what the company is doing on the whole, but as for this specific product, IMO this kind of thing lends itself to misuse and could lead to even more state and local parks adopting anti-hammock regulations.

Straps would need to go quite high up on trees, which will encourage novice users to use shallow suspension angles, putting a lot of force on the trees.

And an underquilt for that is going to cost a pretty penny.
