Can't find Costco "Double Diamond" quilts any more! Help?

    Hello all,

About 3 years ago I got a hold of four of the "Costco quilts" and made two sets of top/underquilts. They've been GREAT. I want to get a third quilt to make a mod for my underquilt for colder temps. Something perhaps like the Gemini method.

Does anyone know where to get these quilts? I can't seem to find them any more. If it matters I don't have a Costco membership (there aren't any stores near me).

Thanks for any help you can provide, folks

I just purchased a 2-pack as a non-member not even a week ago. They just arrived yesterday... very happy with the size and quality for the price. Costco will add 5% for non-members, but that's only $2.50 plus the sales tax if your state requires that.

The "new" Costco quilts are sold by 'Blue Ridge Home Fashions'. 2 throw quilts for $50.Screenshot_20201017-111614_Gmail.jpg

I haven't been able to find the Double Diamond ones, but I just made 2 sets of Gemini underquilts with these:
    https://www.costco.com/blue-ridge-ac...100506435.html
I slept in it last night just using the underquilt and the other blanket (unmodified); it got down to 44F, and the only part that got slightly cold was my feet and that was mainly because a slight breeze was coming in under my rainfly from my head direction and pulling the heat away from my tootsies.

Yes -- I have taken my Costco underquilt and top quilt down to the low 40s. For the top quilt I unpicked the crosswise stitches and then installed snaps in an "envelope" arrangement at the bottom to make a foot box. The underquilt has the faux baffles sewn in. Quite warm actually -- which is a good thing -- I am frequently WAAAYYY too optimistic about the weather when I backpack, LOL.

Last time I camped it was about 40 for the low, and I was just ever-so-slightly chilly with my setup. I made myself an ultralight hammock and tarp recently and I think that reduced the heat that was trapped with me inside the hammock and under that tarp.

Just an FYI, The "Double-diamond" brand quilts are semi-rare. The quilts that Costco sells are almost always the same quilt just simply under different names. I've seen Double Diamond, Eddie Bauer, and a few other names; all the same China-produced quilts.

I just looked and the above were not found. Maybe too late in the season?
