If you haven't found it, search for the CatSplat underquilt calculator.
Here, I think.

There is an updated version of this same calculator in post #123 of the original CatSplat thread.

I am amazed it took so many posts to get to CatSplat's calculator (updated version Catsplat/Boston/Gadget). The updated version is about all you need IMO, gives you a very simple interface to evaluate your design.
I did a lot of research into how the FP for down is calculated/determined and the take away is that FP is determined in a lab and will NOT translate to a real, world camping scenario very well. So if you have 850 FP and do the calculations and use the fill required directly, you will always get a project that looks under filled. You will need to add something in the "over stuff" factor, I believe most cottage vendors use ~30% in their products.
I personally use ~40% and that seems about right.
This over stuff requirement is not anything to do with the calculator, it is a valuable tool that works amazingly well ... it has to do with the assumption that if you buy down, you assume that the FP you bought is the FP you get at home or in the field, this just isn't going to be true. So the over stuff is to fill the gap between the FP claims and reality.

I went looking and Gadget posted the Calculator I use (most recent I believe) , the link, for the calculator, is UQ_Calc, posted by Gadget part way down this thread page ...... https://hammockforums.net/forum/show...culator/page13
That topic is a very long informative discussion on calculators and thoughts on the calculations .... if you want to understand the process, you may want to read the thread (it has a lot of info) or if you just want the answer/tool, get the Excel sheet Gadget posted.
