    Ridgerunner and winter tarps

    Thanks for the reply and info cougarmeat. Those are great points, especially the one about a drip line; fortunately I have done that. The other points are important considerations. I use the spreader bars for the tarp and I am thinking I will get more spread with the ridge line above.

    Thanks again guys. I’m finished with my section hike as of today, and I’m excited to get a winter tarp (and probably try out the RR) as soon as the deal is there or I can afford a new one.
