Sipsey Backpacking Trip - Photos Included

This trip went well. Just 2 of us for 3 nights. Sipsey can be a bit treacherous in some spots. It has a few cliffs and some big rocks to climb down that might test your bravery and stamina! It's a beautiful area and has lots of different terrain and scenery. From giant boulders the size of 2 story houses, to walls of rock and a few caves. Always something to delight the eyes.
I plan to go back again soon. The tree is really big! And the waterfall is quite tall. It would be even better if the trails were marked with some blazes. They can be hard to follow at times.

glad you all had a great time. I was out there hiking two of the trails Saturday and Monday. it's only a 45 minute drive for me so I'm out there quite often in the fall/winter
