Personally, I think that will be a pretty hefty load on one stud (and one screw into the top plate with the L track). I prefer the L track multiple screws to the one lag bolt, as I like some redundancy. I wouldn't be surprised if the L track end pops some sheetrock nails/screws in the walls on both sides of the L track ( in the room next door, unless it is an exterior wall). I think a hammock suspension puts a lot of stress on the anchors and is exacerbated by how much one weighs and how much bounce and swing goes into mounting, dismounting, and playing around in the hammock. Let us know how well it works out.
