You go girl! You're tougher than me. I've been taking naps in my Sparrow set up in my house. At this point I'm not sure if its the shoulder or just getting used to sleeping in a hammock all night. This is my first hammock. The plan was (before the shoulder problem) to get used to sleeping all night in my house, then setting up in the woods right behind my house getting use to that, and then going out on the road with it. So at this point I'm still working on sleeping through the whole night. I dare not tell my Physical therapist I'm trying to sleep in a hammock. I was out of my sling in three weeks all and they were going nuts telling me I need to stay in it for a full 6 weeks. I thinks they are nuts. I had enough of that sling.

90I have a DH Sparrow and love it. However, you might see if you can beg, borrow, or steal on of the 90 degree style hammocks, say a Amok Draumr, and see how that works for you I find my 90* hammocks have substantially less to no shoulder squeeze like in a GE hammock or WBRR. You might also see if you can b,b, or s a Big Bill Town's End bridge hammock as that might work well for you too.
