Ah, thanks .. so even if they don't ship to Canada and the .ca website isn't working it still converts to CDN$ if I open it from Canada.
Guess I was asking too much lol

Took a screen shot for you from my end.
It was me who gave that information.
After having the discussion with Danalex I mailed Amok
This is their response:
Hi there Freek.
Thanks for being interested in our gear.
In can understand that. But prices in the US are without taxes. Which are added at checkout if you are in a state
where that applies.
So that is just the way it is I am afraid. In Europe and our home market Norway the pricing in our webshop is included taxes. So yes the products are more expensive over here.
Sorry about that.
Best regards
Didrik @ Amok
So I guess there are states where you don’t pay taxes on hammocks and you can get a set with a pad for $318 dollars.
Just placed my order, in Europe it’s €303 ex taxes
That about $350. So pricing is prettig equal.
But hey in a couple of days I’ll own a nice Draumr XL camo
Does any other website run that way? Seems odd to me and I buy a lot online, is it just me who can't figure it out??
If I go here http://camphammocks.com/ it shows me a US price the only way it converts to CDN money is through Paypal and no mention of taxes.
I wonder if they will find a way to ship to Canada
