Welcome, Freek! It sounds like you already caught the bug, so no need to warn you about it. Enjoy your Amok gear! Great guys.

    Welcome!

I have a Draumr XL, Borg multitarp, Fjol XL 25°F pad, Fjol XL Winterlight 0°F pad, and recently got the nice aluminium pole set for the head and foot pockets of the Draumr XL. All fantastic stuff, and yet they keep tweaking and updating new refinements into their products. It's not the lightest or most compact gear for distance backpacking, but they have got comfort nailed down.

I wish you well on your adventures and enjoy the hammock journey!

Welcome Freek! 2 of my closest friends live in Ronneby, Sweden. I know that’s not the Netherlands, but do I love visiting Europe, and they are always the perfect excuse to jump over the pond. The next trip we are planning on visiting is Belgium and the Netherlands after COVID is hopefully less rampant.

Welkom Freek. My parents are from Hillegom. Hanging sure beats tenting. Tot ziens.
