I started out with a XLC HDL and it took me 6 weeks before I could last the night in it. Constant tweeking. What finally nailed for me was setting up with the whipping knot at my foot end right at my chin,
and the head end whipping at my belly button. The anchor points find themselves with that as my target. Good, flat, consistent lay. I do use a knee pillow.
I've given up on my bed and use a Tato stand indoors. I've been using the XLC Hexon 40 with the same heights and it works great. I love the fabric, but if I don't smooth the fabric as I sit and pivot, I can get that ridge down the center. I've noticed the the XLC's want a more diagonal lay than the Chamelion does.
