    Nice!

5’9” 165# here but I LOVE an 11 footer. I like lots of flop so that I can use it to hold an arm when hanging in the regular manner or my head and neck when lying/very flat sitting sideways. For the diagonal lay, I don’t really need 68” width, but I like it for the other reasons mentioned - just much more comfortable and flexible for me. The longer and wider the better from my perspective.

Agreed. I finally ended up with a WB Eldorado. 11' plus a foot box should be pretty great.

5'11" 310lbs and I use an ultra cheap 8ft hammock with bug net. It's comfortable enough for me. I was gifted an 11ft 2Ts hammock I haven't tried out yet to see if there's any kind of noticable difference between the two of them.

I'm 5'10 and I noticed that anything under 11 ft I end up tucking my chin too far to my chest when I sleep and I actually end up waking myself up snoring, lol. There's really no significant weight savings to going to a shorter hammock, just more comfort by having a longer hammock IMHO

I'd prefer comfort to weight also. I'll shave the 2-4 ounces somewhere else for a better night's sleep!

I always like going SOBO; somehow, it feels like going downhill.

...and as it harm none, do what ye will.
