    Technical frustration - The website

    Does anyone find navigating the website maddening? Every time I try to float, click or otherwise gain access to the sub menu, it disappears. I'm using Chrome on a laptop computer. I've bought from them before and I like their products, but the website makes it nearly impossible to browse! Does anyone have better luck on a different browser?
    Hints or tips welcome!!

    I have none of those issues while browsing using safari.

    maybe send them an email letting them know of the issue, it may be something only happening with chrome and they don't know about it.

    You talking about the top menu? Yeah, I think if you have the browser sized less than full screen and causes the menu to wrap, it goof things up. If I move the cursor down to select the options on the 'Accessories' drop down, it opens the 'Log In' drop down.

    I agree, it may be a browser related issue.
    FLTurtle - I remember that happening previously, but it's the submenus. I'll highlight a main menu button, it opesn the submenu but when I move the cursor toward the submenu the submenu disappears.

    Interesting. Went back. Initially it was full page and all kinds of problems.
    but if I make it less then full size it all works :\

    Btw, I had the same behavior in both Chrome and Firefox. The screenshots are of FF.

    videos and android device

    Interestingly, some video links work just fine on my android phone while others won't. Do I need to download a specific app to help this? Thanks!
